I help businesses grow by designing digital products that combine usability, strategy, and measurable impact - from higher conversions to improved usability and faster design workflows.
UX Design Leadership
For the past 2.5 years at Navoto, I led the design team on bilingual e-commerce projects (English & Hebrew). My role covered strategy and execution: increasing conversions through website redesigns, creating templates for a website builder, designing dashboards and admin systems, and running A/B and usability tests. The outcome was modern, engaging, and profitable solutions.
My Career
Throughout my career, I have delivered over 60 digital products — from websites to PWA and iOS apps — guiding them through the full lifecycle from idea to launch. I also built a library of 500+ multilingual components still in daily use, accelerating product development. In addition, I created 30+ marketing banners that improved campaign efficiency and boosted conversion.
My Design Process
Understanding the Problem
I begin every project by defining the core user needs and business requirements. This includes analyzing the product context, identifying pain points, and clarifying what success should look like. This step helps me set a clear direction before moving into design
Structuring the Experience
Once the problem is defined, I map user journeys and organize the content into a logical structure.
I create flows, prioritize information, and outline the main interactions.
This helps me ensure the product feels intuitive from the first step to the last.
Wireframing & Early Validation
I translate the structure into wireframes.
These early layouts allow me to focus on functionality rather than visuals and quickly validate whether the logic works.
I refine the ideas based on feedback before moving to detailed UI.
4. Detailed UI Design
After the structure is aligned, I move into high-fidelity screens.
I define spacing, typography, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns to make the experience clean and consistent.
Every element is carefully chosen to support usability and clarity.
5. Prototyping & Interaction
I build interactive prototypes to demonstrate real user behavior — microinteractions, transitions, and functional flows.
This stage helps stakeholders see how the product actually feels, not just how it looks.
Iteration Based on Feedback
I collect feedback from the team, stakeholders, or test users and refine the design.
I focus on removing friction, simplifying steps, and improving clarity where needed.
Several small iterations allow the product to evolve into a polished experience.
The final step is creating a clean, organized design system and handoff documentation.
I ensure that developers have clear specifications, component logic, edge cases, and interaction details.
This guarantees smooth implementation and consistent results.
